For more than 18 years, I've specialised in helping charities, trusts and incorporated societies meet their financial, governance and reporting responsibilities with confidence.

I believe good financial management builds trust. Strong governance, clear reporting and practical advice enable boards to make better decisions, attract funding and stay focused on their mission.

Alongside preparing financial statements, I work with boards and leadership teams to strengthen governance, improve financial systems and mentor those responsible for finance. I love seeing organisations and their people grow in confidence as they build the skills to lead well and create greater impact in their communities.

I've served on a number of not-for-profit boards and continue to volunteer my financial and governance skills within the sector. Having served on both sides of the board table, I understand the opportunities and challenges charities face.
